Our Mahi Kotahitanga programme offer business group coaching and development services into a 12-week program, to give your business or business idea the capability to take root, develop and grow.
Our Programme has been developed as a wrap- around service that targets these key contributors, in particular leadership, planning, budgeting, forecasting, business operating system coaching and advisory.
The Mahi Kotahitanga programme starts with forming the crucial parts of your business plan and the key objectives you want to achieve for the year and will be done together with your group. Throughout the 12-week period we will be referring back to your business plan to report against your objectives to ensure you are gaining the forward momentum you desire and help you stay in charge of the future of your business.
The Mahi Kotahitanga Programme
Full day Group Business Planning Session At the completion of the in person group session, you will have a 2 page business plan completed, including the 90 day goals you will work towards alongside the MK rōpū
1-on-1 Budget Cashflow Session Work one-on-one with an accountant, either in person or online, to work on your budget cashflow for the next 12 months
3 x Monthly 90 minute group coaching and accountability sessions Each month we will meet online for 90 minutes to track your progress against your 90 day goals and solve any issues or blockages in the way
