I'm Wyndi, one of the Co-Founders of WE Mana.
Proudly Māori on my mothers side, from Te Ati-Hau-Nui-A-Paparangi.
WE Mana - WE Accounting are a Māori and Samoan owned Chartered Accounting firm, that serves clients from all over New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Our WE team consists of a number of Māori and Pacific people; speakers of a number of different languages to cater to our large Māori and Pacific clientele.
We choose to weave kaupapa Māori and indigenous insight into our practice. This simply means we incorporate the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values of Māori and indigenous traditions into our services to help businesses thrive. We also focus on sustainable practice, corporate responsibility, the environment, economy and society around us.
What we know, is that when we help Māori Businesses thrive, it positively impacts on whānau, Hapū and Iwi. WE see our role is to create the ripple effects that ultimately help our rangatahi and their futures.
WE have relationships with organisations like Poutama, SUPERdiverse Women, Whāriki Maori Business Network, Te Puni Kokiri, Amotai, NZTE and ATEED to help our business clients grow their businesses.
If you would like to korero, either kanohi ki te kanohi or online, then please reach out and we’d love to make a time to meet.
